With a Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting, coupled with a love for math and numbers, they quickly rose through the ranks to become a proficient warranty administrator.
Relocating to one of the largest VW dealerships in the US in South Florida in 2012, they further honed their skills, expanding their expertise to encompass roles such as service advisor and service manager while maintaining a steadfast commitment to warranty administration. Today, our team is directly involved in managing over $13 million in claims annually, with a remarkable track record of under 0.2% chargeback for administrative reasons during audits. We take pride in our dedication to efficiency and accuracy, ensuring that our dealership partners receive every cent they are entitled to from the manufacturer. As we continue to grow and evolve, we look forward to collaborating with more dealerships and further elevating industry standards in warranty administration.
