Our procedure
Our approach to warranty claims administration goes beyond mere booking or administration. We manage each claim comprehensively, starting from the completion of the repair by the technician, through coding and booking, submission, correction, and accounting tasks.
- Identify completed warranty Repair Orders (ROs) in your DMS.
- Read the technician's comments and review punch times.
- Assign the appropriate labor operations in the DMS based on this information.
- Inform you of these discrepancies through our CARS application.
- Finalize the RO and submit it to the manufacturer for payment.
- Ensure that all ROs are closed on payroll dates and at the end of the month.
- Submit daily to ensure prompt payment.
- Reviewing the warranty receivables schedule weekly.
- Adjusting for payment discrepancies through a weekly journal voucher (JV).
Representation in case of an audit.
If you undergo an audit, we’ll dispatch a representative to your dealership to participate in the audit process. As your warranty administrator managing your claims, we’ll be present to represent the work we perform for you and to support it unequivocally.
